R. Adaptation to constant changes in the market and services. The fact that we are allowed to innovate processes and ways of working is truly satisfying for both employees and customers.<\/span><\/strong>\/\/<\/p>\n

R. Very many. Every project is always a new challenge.<\/span><\/strong> I have gone through personal challenges (of my own capabilities), as well as challenges involving change management with customers and other colleagues. \/\/<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

R. Constant change. Being able to do different things and that there is always the support of my direct boss, who pushes me to continue to be better every day.<\/span><\/strong> \/\/<\/p>\n

R. Because we are a company that not only sees for itself, but has a global vision of growth as a whole. The synergy we create with our clients allows us to understand and work towards achieving our goals and meeting the same objective. \/\/<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
