- Ensure the proper use of the testing processes, practices, standards, and policies.
- Participate in the creation of test strategy and test plan.
- Provide support to the Test Lead for planning of testing activities.
- Provide progress reports (execution and defect status) to the Test Lead, TM, and Project.
- Manager as required ·Design test scenarios, test cases and test scripts as required.
- Peer review test cases, scripts and test plans.
- Develop and maintain test documentation.
- Maintain traceability between test cases, test scripts and requirements.
- Sequence tests based on the flow of business process to be tested.
- Setup transactional data for the tests, as required.
- Execute test scripts based on the plan and sequence of testing.
- Systematically identify and log defects in the defect tracker and track to resolution.
