R. Adaptation to constant changes in the market and services. The fact that we are allowed to innovate processes and ways of working is truly satisfying for both employees and customers.//

R. Very many. Every project is always a new challenge. I have gone through personal challenges (of my own capabilities), as well as challenges involving change management with customers and other colleagues. //
