Personally, something that makes me feel proud to be part of this company is that when we start a project/assignment we seek to generate a synergy with our clients, which allows us to understand their needs and find the way to help them to cover them in the best way. //

In my first project within the company,

our challenge was technological

The integration of REPUVE information had to be done with different automotive distributors / brands, and each one handled a different scheme for the integration of the information, additionally for the testing part labels were required that were provided by the government directly to the distributors, which generated a somewhat complicated logistical issue.

Later I was in an assignment where the issue was resources, since the information that needed to be processed had a complex structure that was not supported by the client’s infrastructure, so we had to look for solutions that would allow the processing of the information with the available resources.

And I believe that a common denominator in most of my projects has been the resistance to change, a point at which a strategy has had to be devised to involve the stakeholders and let them know the benefits that will be obtained from the work carried out. //

During my first Project on this Company

as we had to perform the REPUVE information integration with different automotive dealers/brands, each of them managing a specific scheme to integrate this information. Besides, to perform tests, distributors needed labels provided directly by the government, which generated a logistic scene a bit complicated.

After that, I was on an assignment with a resources challenge, as the information that needed to be processed had a complex structure that was not compatible with client’s infrastructure. We had to search for solutions that allowed the information processing with the existent resources.

I think a common theme in the majority of my projects has been the resistance to change, at this point we have had to propose a strategy that involves all the concerned participants, to make them understand the benefits that will be obtained from the work done.
