Manage projects effectively and efficiently

The main purpose of the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is to manage projects effectively and efficiently while complying with a schedule, thus seeking to have the least deviation of time and budget that directly affects a project in case it happens.

The Project Management methodology is an international certification recognized by the Project Management Institute – (PMI®) and has 10 areas of knowledge and 49 processes, where all aspects that must be taken into account for a project to be successful are reviewed.

This methodology is applied to different sectors such as:

  • Services
  • Among others

Target

GSB presents this course with the objective of providing certified professionals with a practical knowledge of Management that will guide them to guide and implement projects. The purpose of the exam is to confirm that practitioners have achieved a sufficient understanding of how to apply PMI practices to projects and adapt the methodology to a particular scenario.

Scope

Professionals who wish to develop a project management culture and wish to learn best practices, serving as a basis for the preparation of certification (CAPM®) and (PMP®).
